TWO ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, TENURE TRACK, 2009 FALL SEMESTER POSITIONS IN ORGANIC AND INORGANIC CHEMISTRY.

Position Description:
(1st Position) Teach upper level inorganic chemistry lecture and
lab and General Chemistry lecture and lab.
(2nd Position) Teach Organic Chemistry lecture and lab and,
periodically, Advanced Organic Chemistry.
For both positions establish and participate in externally-funded faculty/student research at the undergraduate level. Startup funds available. Qualifications: PhD required with research interest (pedagogical research included) involving undergraduate students; teaching and postdoctoral experience is preferred. (1st Position) NMR experience preferred and nanotechnology experience desirable. (2nd Position) NMR experience and/or nanotechnology experience desirable. Candidates must have legal authority to work in the USA permanently.
