The Department of Chemistry at Carleton College, a highly selective liberal arts college in Northfield, Minnesota, invites applications for an entry-level tenure-track position in any area of biological chemistry, starting September 1, 2012. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field (or imminent completion) is required. The successful candidate will teach introductory chemistry, biological chemistry, and additional advanced courses and upper-level laboratory courses. Candidates are expected to develop an active research program with Carleton undergraduates and be committed to teaching a diverse student body.
